Christian Festivals
As well as our regular Sunday services, we celebrate the great Christian Festivals throughout the church year with Festival Eucharists, including Epiphany, Candlemas, Mothering Sunday, Easter Day, Pentecost, St Peter's Day, the Transfiguration, Harvest, All Souls and All Saints, Advent and Christmas.
Special services
There are numerous other occasions that are celebrated or marked with a special afternoon or evening service. These include services for Ash Wednesday; services throughout Holy Week including on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday; Ascension Day (usually celebrated at a 6am service at St Mary's Tatsfield); Choral Evensong, including a celebration of the Feast of St James at St James' Church, Titsey; All Souls', remembering the departed; Advent Sunday and Christmas services including Carols by Candlelight, Nativity/Christingle Services on Christmas Eve and Midnight Mass. Limpsfield Infant School
St Peter's is closely linked with Limpsfield CofE Infant School. Throughout the year the whole school visits St Peter's for their own special services at Easter, St Peter's Day, Harvest and at Christmas.
